INTRODUCTION
Information technology and computer science are research fields with multiple applications in our daily and working lives. The goal of the International Conference on Computing and Informatics of Northern Chile (INFONOR) is to provide an international forum for exchanging ideas and information on research results, challenges, system developments, and practical experiences from academy and industry. The purpose of this 14th edition is to be a forum for technical exchange among researchers, scientists, professionals, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and interested people on new advances of Computing and Informatics, being a meeting point to address new challenges, share solutions, and create networking for future research.
ORGANIZATION
INFONOR CHILE 2023 is organized by the Department of Computing and Systems Engineering at Universidad Católica del Norte, Antofagasta, Chile. INFONOR CHILE is an international conference annually organized by four universities located in northern Chile, i.e., Universidad de Tarapacá (Arica), Universidad Arturo Prat (Iquique), Universidad Católica del Norte (Antofagasta), and Universidad de Atacama (Copiapó).

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Submissions of scientic articles must be original, and should not have been published previously or considered for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
The paper should be written in English (suggested), Spanish, or Portuguese. All proposed papers must be submitted in PDF format following the conference template. All papers will be subjected to a double-blind review by at least two members of the Technical Program Committee.
PRESENTATION
At least one of the authors of the accepted papers should be registered, in order to be considered for oral presentation in the conference. Only papers effectively presented in the conference would be considered for publication.
PUBLISHING
The authors of the best selected papers will be invited for publication either in INGENIARE (Revista Chilena de Ingeniería) journal, indexed SCOPUS, or in a special issue of a WoS/SCI Journal, based on the evaluation ranking.

- Full paper submission:
May 31st, 2023 - Extended paper submission: July 07th -GMT-4, 2023 (a firm deadline)
- Notification of acceptance: July 31st, 2023
- Author registration date: Since August 01st, 2023
- Camera-ready submission: August 21st, 2023
- Oral presentations: September 6 to 8th, 2023
